Trudie Styler (born 6 January 1954) is an English actress and film producer. She is married to the musician Sting.

Early life

Trudie Styler was born in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, England. She trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and went on to join the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Career

Styler has appeared in numerous television and film productions. Her television credits include roles in The Mayor of Casterbridge, Friends, and Empire. She has also appeared in films such as Living Proof and Freak Show.

In addition to her acting career, Styler is a successful film producer. She co-founded the production company Xingu Films and has produced several films, including Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Moon.

Personal life

Styler married musician Sting in 1992. The couple has four children: Mickey, Jake, Coco, and Gianni.

Philanthropy

Styler is known for her philanthropic work. She is a co-founder of the Rainforest Foundation Fund, an organization dedicated to protecting the world's rainforests and the indigenous people who live there.
