Menin

Structure

It is composed of 610 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 68 kDa. The protein has no significant sequence homology with other known proteins, and its structure is unique among known proteins.

Function

Menin has multiple functions in the cell. It is involved in the regulation of several transcription factors, including JunD and NF-kappaB, which are important for cell growth and proliferation.
