Which Wich?
Which Wich? is an American fast casual restaurant chain specializing in sandwiches and salads. It was founded by Jeff Sinelli in 2003 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. As of 2020, the chain has approximately 400 locations open across 36 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, as well as in several other countries.
History
Jeff Sinelli founded Which Wich? in Dallas, Texas, in 2003. Prior to starting the company, Sinelli had successfully launched another fast-casual brand, Genghis Grill. Which Wich? began franchising in 2005, and by 2015, it had grown to over 300 locations.
Menu
Which Wich? is known for its customizable sandwiches, called "wiches," which are available in over 50 varieties. Customers can choose from a variety of breads, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and spreads to create their own unique sandwich. In addition to sandwiches, the menu also includes wraps, salads, and a variety of side dishes.
Business Model
Which Wich? operates on a franchise model, with individual franchisees owning and operating the majority of locations. The company provides training, marketing support, and operational guidance to its franchisees.
Recognition
