Keto Brownies offer a decadent chocolate experience without the typical carb content of traditional brownies. By using almond flour and natural sweeteners, these brownies suit those on a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter, melted
- 3/4 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation[edit]
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, erythritol, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- 5. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
- 7. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Serving Suggestions[edit]
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of keto-friendly ice cream.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt for a salted chocolate flavor.
