Keto Cheesesteak Casserole is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds without compromising your diet.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1.5 lbs of Thinly sliced beef steak
- 2 Green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1.5 cups of Provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced beef steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced green bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the steak to the skillet and mix with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the steak and vegetable mixture to a baking dish. Top with the shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
