Keto Garlic Bread is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional garlic bread. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is easy to prepare.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 1/2 cups of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of Parsley, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and sour cream until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Fold in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
