Low Carb Flax Bread

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, and sweetener (if using).
  3. In another bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, water, and oil.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until the batter is well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
