Ingredients

• 1 cup of almond flour
• 1/2 cup of coconut flour
• 1/2 cup of erythritol
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon of cloves
• 1/2 cup of butter, melted
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup of almond milk
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cake comes out clean.
7. Allow the cakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
