Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Galette

A delicious and keto-friendly recipe, the Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Galette is a perfect dish for those following a keto diet.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, grated Parmesan, cold butter, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Slowly add the ice water and pulse until the dough comes together.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella, and chop the basil.
  6. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper into a circle.
  7. Arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in the center of the dough, leaving a border around the edge.
  8. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling.
  9. Drizzle the galette with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  11. Let the galette cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
