HPV can cause abnormal tissue growth (such as warts) and other cell changes. Prolonged infection with certain types of HPV can cause cervical cancer. HPV may also play a role in other types of cancer, such as B. Cancers of the anus, vagina, vulva, penis and oropharynx. Also called human papillomavirus DNA test
