Selinexor - (pronounced) (SEH-lih-NEK-sor) medicine used alone or with other medicines to treat adults with certain types of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or multiple myeloma. It is used in patients whose cancer has already been treated with other cancer treatments. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
